Backyard Az Landscape Design
New backyard Az landscape design in Gilbert, AZ. We started with a bare back yard and created a yard for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoyment with out all the work. The home owners were looking for a yard that extended the inside out to the backyard. They wanted an estate feel to compliment their new custom home. The pergola was designed with concrete pillars and wood top for screening from the sun. We installed a beautiful travertine patio over their existing concrete patio that stepped down to the entertainment area and a sidewalk around the house to the front side fence. We built a Built-in Bar and BBQ and wrapped them in cultured stone. The bar and BBQ counter top was a custom travertine tile built to fit. We also added a fire pit to match the BBQ and Bar with cultured stone and travertine tiles. They wanted a wood burning fire pit but we can build it with propane or gas for easy starting. They were looking for a green yard but did not want the hassle of grass so we installed an upgraded synthetic turf in the backyard that would withstand the grand kids and dogs without any maintenance or mowing. The plants were installed also with low maintenance in mind and placed for shade and privacy from the neighbors. The end result is a beautiful and functional backyard in a new Gilbert custom home neighborhood.
